Grok Bot runs the author's chief-of-staff bot and a family bot, replacing their OpenClaw agents across email, Slack, calendars, and school mail.

Result: Chief sweeps six inboxes and Slack hourly and sends only high-signal alerts. TradBot prints a daily family newspaper and coordinates school pickups.

## How it was set up

Grok Bot with plugins for Gmail (six accounts), Calendar, Slack, and GitHub. Hourly routines run on each bot's cloud virtual machine. Chief learned the author's email voice from sent mail.

## Worth knowing

Bots are single-player, with no group chat support yet. Routines must be set up explicitly. The author does not trust it with high-stakes emails.
