# Claude Code chief of staff

Claude Code, with Gmail, Calendar, Todoist and Maps MCP servers, triages email, preps the calendar overnight, and dispatches six parallel agents each morning.

Result: By 6:15 AM the task list is current and the calendar has drive-time events. A 45-minute morning routine is replaced, at about $100 a month.

## How it was set up

Claude Code with scheduled tasks, subagents and custom commands. MCP servers for Google Calendar, Gmail and Todoist, plus the Google Maps Directions API for drive times.

## Worth knowing

Full agent and command files are behind a paywall. The author says to plan a weekend for setup.
