Claude Code with Chrome access built a sourced target list and drafted personalized cold emails for a niche-program outreach campaign.

Result: Claude found 25 to 30 people with sources; the author emailed about 20, and 7 replied, several with intros and new leads.

## How it was set up

Claude Code with the Claude in Chrome extension and a Gmail connector. One campaign folder with a CLAUDE.md brain file, a target list with source URLs, and one approved email template.

## Worth knowing

The author wrote the first email by hand and read and sent every draft personally. Only about 20 emails went out.
