Claude Cowork runs scheduled tasks at 5 AM that triage the author's inbox, prep meetings, flag stale deals, and scan policy and literature sources.

Result: The author wakes to a dashboard with Gmail drafts, prioritized actions, color-coded deals, and a personal newsletter, across about twenty scheduled tasks each week.

## How it was set up

Claude Cowork scheduled tasks on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences, with MCP connectors to Gmail, Calendar, Slack, Granola, HubSpot, and Brex. The author wrote each prompt once.
