# Email calendar scheduling assistant

The author's AI assistant reads forwarded emails in a labeled Gmail inbox, emails recipients to coordinate times, and adds Zoom bridges.

Result: After a few months of iterations, the author has a working assistant, open sourced so others can have their AI configure it for their needs.

## How it was set up

Forward or create meeting-request emails into a Gmail labeled inbox. Runs on OpenAI's Dot; Zoom is used for the bridge. Open source project to download and configure.

## Worth knowing

Group scheduling is untested. Running it through Codex was problematic. The author's version has extra complexity others may not need.

## Evidence note

Author says it works; open source project page linked
