# Freelance ops on autopilot

OpenClaw sends a morning PR and Slack briefing, drafts Friday client status emails, and queues follow-up drafts for approval on Telegram.

Result: The author says weekly admin dropped from about 9 hours to a short morning review on Telegram, with setup taking 47 minutes.

## How it was set up

OpenClaw gateway on a Mac Mini with Claude via the Anthropic API, three skill files, one Lobster workflow, and the gh, Slack, Linear and Gmail CLIs. Approvals happen in Telegram.

## Worth knowing

Time saved is self-reported with no before and after measurement. The follow-up detection skill is described but its file is not shown.

## Prompt

```text
Every Friday at 4PM, read this week's merged PRs and closed tickets for [client], then draft a short plain-prose status email: what shipped, what is in progress, and any decision needed from the client. Save it to [drafts folder] and send me the draft to approve.
```

## Evidence note

Author's own write-up with skill files and sample output; no repo or demo
