# Marketing ops with Grok Bot

Richard Purcell set up a chief-of-staff Grok Bot with specialist bots for HubSpot, Apollo and lead handoff at a FinTech company.

Result: In five hours the bots sent a newsletter, pulled Apollo visitors to SDRs, and replaced five stalling tasks, saving about an hour daily.

## How it was set up

One chief-of-staff bot plus specialist bots sharing one computer and one Google sign-in. Connected to Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, Notion, Jira, and others, with company docs and voice files.

## Worth knowing
