The author runs OpenClaw on an old MacBook Air, talks to it through Slack, and set up a daily morning brief and a task dashboard.

OpenClaw on a wiped old MacBook Air, chat via Slack and Telegram, connected to OpenAI and Gemini keys, Notion, Brave search, Nano Banana. Dashboard built with Converge and Convex.

## Worth knowing

Insecure by default, since it holds API keys and can reach everything on its host machine. The subreddit scan in the morning brief broke.
