Overview
How it was set up
Hermes agent on a Mac Mini, driven through Telegram, writing into a local Obsidian vault. Can also hand specs to Claude Code or Codex.
Worth knowing
The author calls the system messy and says most people don't need it in its current shape.
A prompt to start from
Transcribe my voice note about [idea]. Create a note in [vault folder] with metadata and tags. Keep the verbatim transcript, add a cleaned version, then research competitors, open questions, differentiation, and MVP scope.
