Numbers·Partial·Claude in Chrome
Weekly ASDA grocery basket
Claude in Chrome (Haiku) tried to fill an ASDA basket from a Claude-built Google Sheet of 40+ items, over five attempts.
Best run added 24 of 42 items for £71.76, then stopped early. The author still had to finish the basket and check out.
Overview
How it was set up
Claude in Chrome extension with Haiku, plus a Google Sheet Claude built with product names, quantities, frequency tags and price rules. Spreadsheet treated as the only source of truth.
Worth knowing
Slower than shopping by hand. It over-added from Regulars, hit token limits, gave up early, added unlisted carrots, and left checkout to the author.
A prompt to start from
The spreadsheet is the ONLY source of truth for what to buy. You may use Regulars to find items faster, but only add items listed in the spreadsheet. Search using the exact product name from column [A]. Never add anything not listed.Written by Agentic Feats from the source. Not the author's exact prompt.
